What's the minimum order?
£200.00 of timber, not counting delivery. Your basket shows how much more you need.
Do I need to register?
No. Add your details at checkout and pay by card on the secure payment page.
Can I change my order after paying?
Send your order reference to info@buyfencingnewcastle.co.uk quickly and we'll do what we can. The refunds page covers your options.
How is delivery priced?
Your postcode decides it, starting at £38.00 for everything in the basket.
Which days do you deliver?
The days open for delivery show on the calendar at checkout. You pick one, and it's booked once you've paid.
Will you put it in my back garden?
No. The driver unloads by the kerb or the nearest safe, reachable spot, and doesn't carry timber through homes or into gardens.
Can I collect my order?
Not at the moment. All orders are delivered.
Is the timber treated?
Yes, it's all treated softwood.
Are the sizes exact?
Timber sizes are nominal. Each piece varies slightly, along with natural differences in grain, colour and knots.
What post do I need for a 6ft fence?
A 2.4m post, usually 4x3, or 4x4 for exposed spots. That leaves around 600mm in the ground.
How do I pay?
By card on our secure checkout page. We never see your card details.
Can I return timber I don't need?
Yes. As a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to send back unused stocked items. Our refunds and returns page explains how.
