Help the driver find a spot
Fence timber comes in long lengths, so the driver needs somewhere to pull in and unload. Use the notes box at checkout to tell us about back-lane access, permit bays, narrow streets, a shared drive or anything else that affects the drop.
Timber isn't carried through houses, down side passages or into back gardens. If access turns out to be a problem we didn't know about, we'll contact you to work out what happens next, and you'll hear about any extra cost before paying it.
On the day
- 1
On its way
We'll let you know when your timber is on its way.
- 2
Dropped off
It's stacked at the kerb or the nearest suitable spot, and we'll tell you once it's been delivered.
- 3
Count it
Check the pieces against your confirmation that day, and email us with a photo if anything's not right.
Ordering in time
Order by 2pm the working day before your delivery at the latest, but please order as far ahead as you can to avoid disappointment. On occasion, later ordering may be possible where a date shows as available.
Questions
Do I have to be home?
No, provided the driver has a safe, reachable spot by the kerb. Add anything useful in the notes.
Can I choose a time?
You choose the day, not a time. We'll message you when it's on its way and once it's delivered.
Do you deliver outside Newcastle?
Try your postcode in the basket: if it's in our area, the charge appears.
Got your measurements?
Add your timber to the basket and you'll see the delivered price before paying. Orders start at £200.00 of timber.
